Use ProgDVB Pro with the Reseter. By default it only takes one list but in "ProgTV > TV Sources > Advanced" you can add as many as you want.
nextpvr will separate your services, groups, etc. The problem is nextpvr constantly crashes, lags...all kinds of bugs, when using 2 providers. tvmosaic works better as a pvr with multiple providers, imo.
