Just try to check by changing the Video Resolution from 720 to 1020 in settings ...even if it not works then you know better what to do 😉
I'm going to take a guess at video resolution on source! Are these channels >1080p? Seeing as their newer boxes actually say 4k supported, one would assume these older ones don't support it. If that's the case I can't imagine you can do anything about it besides change provider.
