Took me awhile to understand it.
It's a very flexible chat discussion app that allows for strategic administration of the groups and channels.
Examples could be that - you join the group and only have access to some sections. Then you do an action (subscribe to a service) and the admins will allow you to have access to more sections, etc.
It's intimidating at first but once you take some time to play around - it's pretty dang cool!
Better Google it instead of asking here m8..its messaging service which is more desecrte not like WhatsApp or FB Messenger
