Hi guys. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.
I pay monthly for the SmartSTB app, however I've just noticed that I've been getting charged twice a month. Checking my account I am $28.05 in credit.
I'm trying to contact them to sort this out, however the option on the website to create ticket just takes you to an FAQ section with no way to log a ticket. Has anyone either got experience with a similar issue or know how I can contact them?

Scroll down to end of the screen where you can see the section Something else is wrong. Click on the underlined text and it will open the accordion text.
It looks like this:
" In case you have something else not realted to the app, or billing, please click here and fill up the form with as much clear details explaining the problem as possible. "
Hover your mouse on that part "click here" and you can write the ticket.
